Here's a bit of a belated post. Irwin "Ernie" Rose was part of a trio of scientists who were awarded the 2004 Nobel Prize in Chemistry. It turns out Rose studied with an early biochemist, Orlin Biddulph, my grandfather, in the 1940's.
Dinesh D'Souza will be giving a lecture at the William S. Boyd School of Law this Saturday at 10:00 am. The talk, entitled Islam and the West: A Clash of Civilizations? will be given at the Tam Alumni Center.
Kristine Johnson comments about the pesky cart drivers on the UNLV campus. The only thing I'll add is that it is ironic that the worst offenders all seem to say parking management on them. Aren't they a part of the "public safety" office?
